How to get involved in an NSSA program
Step 1: Join a training program at your local Ski Hill. Take a look at the chart at the top of this page . Any athlete looking to compete locally should be obtaining some training from your local resort Snow School. Martock offers yearlong training groups for freestyle and race, Wentworth offers training groups in race and snowboardcross, Ben Eoin offers yearlong riding classes. Call your local resort for more information.
Step 2: Compete in NSSA sanctioned local competitions including the NSSA Competition Series and RBC Riders Events. You can be sure there are NSSA coaches at each event watching you ride!
Step 3: Talk to a provincial coach at any of our NSSA events. Our coaches are always watching but the more you approach us, the better chance you have of us noticing your skills.
Parents/Athletes, you can also always feel free to e-mail our provincial coaches with more questions.
